I refer to the construction and fit out of the Fiona Stanley Hospital, and the various building materials purchased for the hospital, and ask:
(a) have any building materials, finishing or interior fittings been purchased that have been required to be stored offsite and what were these materials; and
(b) for each material, I ask:
(i) how long has it been in storage;
(ii) what is the cost to date for the storage of each material; and
(iii) what is the estimated total cost of storing each material?

(b)(i) 12 - 18 months but the spares are of a non-perishable nature i.e. spare façade panels, air-conditioning plant, etc. (ii-iii) Nil as these spares were always required to be provided under the Construction Works Contract.
