232. Hon Nick Goiran to the minister representing the Minister for Police:
I refer to the Corruption
and Crime Commission's annual report into the Western Australia Police Force's
compliance with the Criminal Investigation (Covert

(1) Is the minister aware that the CCC has found
that compared with previous reporting periods, the WA Police Force had
demonstrated "decreased compliance"?

redacted form, the more than 30 letters received by WA Police identifying significant
issues of concern?
(3) Has the minister been briefed about these
incidents of noncompliance?
(4) If yes to (3), what is the explanation for
these breaches by WA Police?
(5) If no to (2) or (3), why not?
