I refer to the Minister's misleading statement to the media at the opening of the Byford station that "the Liberal Party is arguing for foreign-made trains", and I note the repeated and ongoing refusal of the Minister to share the results of the 10+ audit reports to prove the local content percentage of manufacturing of the trains, or to allow the information to be accessed by FOI, and I ask: (a) for each completed Alstom Participation Plan report to date, what is the percentage of WA local content reached in terms of the manufacturing of the trains; and (b) for each report in (a), what is this split in dollar terms?
