I refer to the role of the Department of Premier and Cabinet in managing the Government Garage, in particular in the two weeks leading up to the resignation of the former Treasurer, and ask: (a) on the night of 22 February 2014, was the former Treasurer’s car parked at Dumas House or was it garaged at his home; (b) on which date after 22 February 2014 did the Government Garage first make enquiries about the location of Mr Buswell’s car; (c) with whom did they enquire about the location of Mr Buswell’s car; (d) what were they advised and by whom; (e) when and to whom did the Government Garage notify the Department of Premier and Cabinet about the advice they received; (f) did the Government Garage receive any advice subsequent to its initial advice; and (g) if yes to (f): (i) who provided the advice; (ii) on which date or dates did they provide the advice; (iii) what was the advice provided on each relevant date or dates; and (iv) when and to whom did the Government Garage notify the Department of Premier and Cabinet about the advice they received?
