RED HILL QUARRY — PLANNING APPROVAL
469. Hon ALISON XAMON to the minister
representing the Minister for Planning:
I refer to the answer to my question without notice 137 asked
on 27 March 2012 in which it was stated that the investigation into Hanson's
compliance with planning approvals regarding its quarrying activities at Red
Hill after 17 December 2009 was still in progress.
(1) Has this
investigation been completed —
 (a) if yes to (1), will the minister please
table the report; and
 (b) if no to (1), when is it anticipated that
this investigation will be complete?
(2) Has the
minister received advice from the State Solicitor's Office regarding
Hanson's compliance with its planning approvals after 17 December 2009?
(3) Was Hanson
operating in compliance with its planning approvals for this site at all times
after 17 December 2009?
(4) If no to
(3), please specify the periods during which Hanson was not operating in
compliance with its planning approvals and what action, if any, will be taken
against the company.
