(a)   Chidlow has experienced 74 unplanned outages during the requested period.
(b - d)
Power was restored for unplanned outages within 3 minutes to 48 hours, with around two thirds restored in under 6 hours. The causes of these unplanned outages include but are not limited to; animals, weather, vegetation, vehicles and unknown. During the requested period, the median number of customers affected by unplanned outages is only 3.
