(1) What is the breakdown of the cost of the campaign for —
(a) broadcasting radio advertisements;
(b) broadcasting television
advertisements;
(c) billboards;
(d) other signage; and
(e) design and production of the

(2) In
reference to question without notice 744, answered on 26 September 2012, is
Rare Creative Thinking the agency responsible for the campaign; and, if not,
which agency has the contract for this campaign?

(2), when was Rare Creative Thinking's contract renewed and when does
