(2) Mr Lawson has been advised that the proposed site is a nationally gazetted defence training area and permission to use the site would need to be obtained from the Commonwealth Department of Defence. However, the Government has also suggested that Mr Lawson contact the Kimberly Development Commission for advice on his proposal if a new location is required. (3) Not applicable.
