a) Nil - By an agreement with the City of Rockingham, the State, through the Western Australian Planning Commission, will pre-fund the acquisition of land to facilitate the construction of Mundijong Road earlier than would otherwise be the case, with the funds being repaid by the City of Rockingham.

(d) The announcement conveys the success of the Rockingham Kwinana Development Office, an office within the Planning portfolio, in creating a partnership proposal with the City of Rockingham.
