I refer to the Albany Ring Road Project, and I ask: (a) what land has been purchased and in which years was it purchased; (b) how much land has been identified to be purchased; (c) when does the Government expect to purchase this land; (d) what is the estimated value of that land; and (e) what is the current benefit cost ratio of this project?

(a) A total of 103.4 hectares has been purchased over the period 2005 to 2013, comprising of 20 properties.
(b) A further 55.4 hectares of land is required to be purchased based on the current preliminary design.
(c) Land acquisition will occur as funding allows and when a commitment to funding the construction of Stages 2 and 3 of the project is made.
(d) Estimation of the value of the remaining land acquisition requirements will be part of future project development works.
(e) A revision of the cost estimate of the project is part of the current development works.
