FORENSIC MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY
Further to the answers given to questions on 22 August 2006 and 5 December 2006 regarding a new forensic health facility - (1) Has the government made a determination on the sites recommended in the business case? (2) If yes to (1), will the minister outline where the new forensic facility will be located? (3) If no to (1), how long has the government had the business case under consideration? (4) If no to (1), what is holding up the decision-making process? (5) Will there be community consultation on this issue? (6) If yes to (5), when will this commence? Hon JON FORD

(3)-(4) The business case was prepared in February 2006 and its contents have been under consideration and prioritisation since then. No decision has been made on the proposal. (5) Yes. (6) Once the site has been identified.
