(a-g) Under the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003, the department does not have jurisdiction to deal with alleged corruption.
Upon receipt of allegations of corruption, the asserter is referred to the   Public Sector Commission or the Corruption and Crime Commission, who have the jurisdiction to deal with alleged corruption.
