This service level provides Legal Aid to access to the HRMIS, the information technology infrastructure and support services necessary to deliver it. This includes ongoing support, maintenance and upgrades to the application.
The fee is calculated on the number of employees paid within a pay period, as outlined GITC3 Head Agreement (Common Use Contract for HRMIS).
