I refer to the delivery of road maintenance programs by Main Roads as outlined in the 2024 and 2025 annual reports, and I ask: (a) in relation to the Pilbara region, what is the reason for the large drop in reseal program cost, at $15.6 million in 2023-24 to $3.4 million in 2024-25?
