(1) 251 DEC staff attended the Boorabbin fire between 28 December 2007 and 8 January 2008. This number included staff from DEC's Goldfields Region and staff from other DEC regions.
(2) 28 DEC staff provided witness statements to the Police Arson Squad who conducted the investigation for the State Coroner.
(3) No, 11 DEC staff were called to give evidence at the Coronial Inquest.
(4) Decisions about which witnesses were called to give oral evidence were made by the Coroner.
