(1) Under the Gallop Government: (a) 74 projects were approved for funding from the Community Policing Fund, State Crime Prevention Strategy Fund, Community Security Program and the SAFER W.A. Fund. (b) 74 projects were funded with grants provided from the above funds while 8 projects were funded from within existing Government agency budgets.
