I refer to the status of the waiting list for appointments at the Warwick dental clinic and ask: (a) how many people are currently on the waiting list; (b) what was the waiting time at 1 March 2015; (c) how many people were on the waiting list as at 1 March 2015; (d) in what circumstances is dental work considered 'urgent'; and (e) what is the average length of time in which a patient can get an appointment for dental work considered urgent?

(a) As at 1 March 2016, there were 447 patients on the waiting list for non-urgent general dental care at the Warwick Dental Clinic.
(b) As at 1 March 2015, the average waiting time to receive a course of non-urgent general dental care at the Warwick Dental Clinic was 3.9 months.
(c) As at 1 March 2015, there were 655 patients on the waiting list for non-urgent general dental care at the Warwick Dental Clinic.
(d) Patients presenting with pain, bleeding or swelling are considered as requiring urgent dental care.
(e) Urgent dental care is usually provided on the day of presentation to any General Dental Clinic, including Warwick Dental Clinic, with any follow up associated dental care provided at appointments as appropriate to the presenting symptoms/condition.
