(2) Will the Attorney General advise which of the above mentioned Magistrates formally worked in the area of Legal Aid or Aboriginal Legal Service?
(3) Will the Attorney General advise which of the Magistrates appointed by the Labor Government were not recommended by the selection panel; and
(a) if any of the above mentioned Magistrates were not recommended by the selection panel then who was recommended in each case?
(4) Will the Attorney General advise the make up of the selection panel and the process that is used for the appointment of a Magistrate?
