I refer to first home buyers, and I ask: (a) how many first home buyers purchased a home, paying some transfer duty but at the first home owner transfer duty concession rate, in: (i) 2021-22; (ii) 2022-23; (iii) 2023-24; and (iv) 2024-25; (b) for each of the years in (a), how many first home buyers purchasing a home paid no transfer duty, because the first home owner exemption threshold applied; and (c) for each of the years in (a), what was the dollar value of the discount - both the concession and the exemption - in terms of the revenue lost to the State Government as a result of the first home owner exemption and concessions each year?
