GINGIN TOWN PLANNING SCHEME 9 - FORMER ACTING MINISTER McRAE
This is a question I asked last week and was asked to ask it again this week. I refer the minister to the decision made by then acting Minister McRae on the matter of whether modifications to the Gingin town planning scheme 9 were substantial. (1) Will the parliamentary secretary table the documents that were provided to then acting Minister McRae on which to make the decision? (2) If not, why not? Hon ADELE FARINA

I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question. Unfortunately, I do not have an answer to the member’s question. For the information of the house, I note that the minister is overseas, and that may have been an issue with regard to getting an answer; I am not sure. Unfortunately, I do not have an answer.
