Staff from the Department of Planning (DoP) met with Mr Prosser and his consultants, representing Citygate, on a number of occasions regarding an amendment to the Shire of
Dardanup Town Planning Scheme No 3, an amendment to the City of Bunbury Local Planning Scheme and a submission to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) on the draft Activity Centres for Greater Bunbury Policy. Discussions were also held in relation to the Eaton Fair structure plan.
Departmental staff were present when Mr Prosser and his consultants made representation to the WAPC on the Eaton Fair structure plan, and staff represented the WAPC at the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) mediation when Mr Prosser requested a review of the WAPC's decision on the structure plan.
A list of meetings and attendees is attached [see tabled paper no......].
