NICHELIVING
1218. Hon STEVE MARTIN to the Minister for Commerce:
I refer to builders and other
tradespeople employed by Nicheliving.
(1) How many
builders, tradespeople, suppliers and other contractors are still owed money by
Nicheliving for home construction work?
(2) What is the total amount of
funds owed to those in (1)?
(3) Has Nicheliving given an undertaking to complete all
those outstanding payments?
(4) If no to (3), how will those
people be paid?

AnswerView source ↗

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1)–(4) That
information is not collected by the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry
Regulation and Safety. Those companies can still pursue Nicheliving for unpaid
debts, if any.
