(1) Will the Minister please table a 2015 report commissioned by the Fremantle Port Authority titled Inner and Outer Harbour’s development options evaluation ? (2) If no to (1), why not? (3) If the report is not publicly available, what is the Minister's comment on claims by at least two journalists that they have seen or hold copies of the report, including most recently, Paul Murray in a column titled 'Westport taskforce a waste of time' published in The West Australian on 16 September 2017 and Josh Zimmerman, in an article titled 'WA Labor asked to explain rush for Outer Harbour by State Treasurer and Melville Mayor' published in the Melville Times on 24 February 2017?

(1)-(2) I am advised that no final report with that description exists. Draft documentation bearing that title was prepared by the Fremantle Port Authority (FPA) in 2015 to assess a range of potential development options for the Inner and Outer Harbour to cater for future trade growth. The documentation was prepared as part of an internal planning activity and was not finalised or endorsed through the organisation and has no formal status.
(3) FPA has no knowledge of how a version of the documentation may have been obtained by the journalists.
