I have a supplementary question. The President of the
Australian Medical Association says that, through these delays, the Minister
for Health is threatening the lives of Western Australians. If the minister and
the Premier lack the authority to take such a basic measure through the party
room, what on earth is the minister doing in his position?

I can tell members that the only people who are at risk of
getting melanomas from excess exposure to tanning beds are those who make the
personal choice to walk through the door and pay their money to the people who
