I refer to Question on Notice 938 and the Minister’s comments in the House on Tuesday 12 November 2013 that you may seek leave from the House to table further information in relation to question on notice 938 at some stage in the future, and ask: (a) has the Department of Planning contacted the tenderers referred to in the original question; (b) if no to (a), why not; (c) if yes to (a), is the Minister in a position to table further information; (d) if yes to (c), when will that further information be tabled; and (e) if no to (c), why not?
