(1) Did the Presiding Officers of the Parliament establish an Education Review Group in 1998?
(2) For what purpose was the Education Review Group established?
(3) What were the findings of the Group?
(4) Did the group find that functions needed to be carried out by the Parliamentary Education Office that were then not being carried out?
(5) What were those duties or functions?
(6) Did the review result in the position of Parliamentary Education Officer being established?
(7) What were the duties of that position when it was established?
(8) In what way did those duties differ from the duties carried out by the two officers employed in the Parliamentary Education Office?
(9) Prior to establishing the Parliamentary Education Officer position, was any consideration given to the total number of staff needed in the Parliamentary Education Office?
(10) Prior to the position of Parliamentary Education Officer being created, was any consideration given to the degree to which existing staff in the Parliamentary Education Office would or may be affected if that position was filled by a person other than one of the two people then engaged in that office?
