(2) Have there been any major road trauma injuries related to vehicle crashes on Myles Road, Swan View in the following years:
(a) 2009;
(b) 2010;
(c) 2011; and
(d) 2012?
(3) If yes to any of the years listed at (2), how many major trauma injuries occurred and on what dates did these occur?
(4) What were the reported circumstances in each instance of car crashes where a person received a major trauma injury on Myles Road, Swan View?

(d) 2012?

(2) A search of the WA Police Casualty System failed to identify any Fatal or Serious crashes for the above periods on Myles Road, Swan View.
