I refer to page 177 of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) 2024-25 annual report noting the delivery of farm business resilience programs, and I ask: (a) how many farming businesses have completed the drought resilience program; (b) what is the cost of the delivery of the program to 30 November 2025; (c) how many consultants have been employed to deliver the program; (d) how many farming businesses have started but not completed the program; and (e) how will the success or otherwise of the program be measured?

(a)    The Farm Business Resilience Program is delivered by the Grower Group Alliance (GGA) and has been completed by 170 farm businesses and 53 Aboriginal enterprises, totalling 490 individual participants.
(b)   Under the Federation Funding Agreement (Program Implementation Plan) for the Farm Business Resilience Program Phase One, $6.579m from the Australian Government, and $6.579m from Royalties for Regions has been provided for the program. $9.958m has been expended as of 30 November 2025.
(c)   8 external service providers have been engaged for the project.
(d)   44
(e)   The Federation Funding Agreement and its Program Implementation Plan establishes contractual requirements for DPIRD in respect of a monitoring, evaluation and reporting plan.
