I refer to page 42 of the Rail, Tram and Bus Union C-series train driver survey report, which quotes Driver 70 saying, "...Management's 'don't bag the c-series' attitude is unhelpful...", and I ask: (a) has the Public Transport Authority, or any train driver line managers, ever issued any instructions to drivers that they shouldn't complain or talk negatively about the C-series trains; (b) has the Public Transport Authority, or any train driver line managers, issued advice to drivers indicating where complaints or concerns, specifically in relation to C-series trains, should be directed; and (c) in relation to (b), where were drivers told their complaints and concerns should be logged, recorded or otherwise documented?
