(1-3) The original estimated cost for stabilisation works was $10.9 million. The final refurbishment costs will depend on the ultimate use of the site. The stabilisation works are being paid for by EPRA, with contributions from Western Power and Consolidated Funds. The current estimated cost of the stabilisation works is $10.9 million.
(4) The current Stabilisation Works Contract is approximately 40% complete.
