1015. Hon SAMANTHA ROWE to the
parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the land acquisition process for the purchase of
land for the construction of the Forrestfield station and car parks.
(1) How many
blocks of land have been purchased and what is the location and purchase price
for each block of land?
(2) What is the
total allocation for the purchase of land for the Forrestfield station and
precinct and what is the source of this funding?
(3) How much is allocated in the
total Forrestfield rail link budget for land acquisition?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question.
(1) Three blocks
of land were purchased on Sultana Road, High Wycombe for $1.155 million, $5.65 million
and $1.16 million.
(2)–(3) It
is $45 million. The land purchases will be funded from the total $1.961 billion
in the Public Transport AuthorityXXX ###XXXs approved
asset investment program.
