In tabular form for each payroll tax threshold band which applied in financial years, 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18, can the Treasurer please advise of the: (a) number of companies within each threshold; (b) industry sector to which those companies belonged (if known); and (c) total taxation revenue received per threshold (and total taxation revenue by sector if known)?
