The Western Australian Police Force advise:
(1 ) 159

(2) 93. Additional recruit squads are scheduled for 2019 including recruits to replace the officers who participated in the VTSS.

2018: 265, of which 57 were female
2019 YTD*: 35, of which 12 were female
