The Western Australian Police Force advise the following:
The Western Australian Police Force advise that the South West Police District extends from Waroona in the north to Pemberton in the south and is bounded by Manjimup, Boyanup Brook, Collie and Harvey in the east. The District also encompasses the coastal towns of Dunsborough, Margaret River and Augusta.
The Western Austraian Police Force advise that a suspected report of child abuse has been defined as a recorded offence under the Australian and New Zealand Standard Offence Classification (ANZSOC) division 03 (sexual assault and related offences) where the victim was under 18 years of age at the time of the offence, irrespective of the offence outcome. Possible offences outcomes are: ‘Civil/Other’, ‘Complaint Withdrawn’, ‘Insufficient Evidence’, ‘Offender Processed’, ‘Unable to proceed/charge’, and ‘Uncleared’.
The information provided relates to the South West Police District.
