560. Hon AMBER-JADE SANDERSON to the Minister for Housing:
I refer to the state's affordable housing strategy
and the minister's statement of 10 May 2015 that the strategy had
delivered more than 18 000 affordable homes since 2010.
(1) Could the
minister provide a breakdown of the individual opportunities provided by this
strategy since 2010 through the following streams —
(a) social housing;
(b) discounted private rentals;
(c) shared equity home ownership;
(d) low-deposit home loans through
Keystart; and
(e) other housing or land programs?
(2) How many new dwellings have been
physically constructed as part of the strategy since 2010?
(3) Are dwellings
within the Pelago complexes and Osprey Village part of the affordable housing
strategy?
