I refer to the port of Fremantle, Inner Harbour, and I ask: (a) for each berth at the Inner Harbour, what was the berth capacity utilisation, expressed as a percentage, for 2024-25; (b) for each berth at the Inner Harbour, what was the average turnaround time (average hours) for 2024-25; (c) what was the total capacity utilisation, expressed as a percentage, for the Inner Harbour for 2024-25; and (d) what was the average turnaround time (average hours) for the Inner Harbour for 2024-25?

A port s effective capacity is a function of many variables, including berth occupancy, associated terminal land limits, storage and distribution assets and the capacity of the port’s road and rail transport networks.
a) Berths 1 and 2 - 22%
CT1 to CT4 - 49%.
Berths 11 and 12 - 48%
Berth H - 70%.
Berth F and G - 11%.
b) Berth 1-19 hours
Berth 2-52 hours
Berth 11-63 hours
