(1)  Yes.
(2) The matters were:
(i)
Application for Exemption from Expenditure Condition
Artemis Resources Ltd; the holder of Mining Leases 08/191 to 08/193, applied for exemption from expenditure. These applications were objected to by Danny Smith. The Warden recommended that the applications for exemption from expenditure be granted and the Minister granted the applications on 4 December 2008.
(ii)
Application for Restoration
Application by Christine Margaret Evans and Norman Lloyd Evans for Restoration of (forfeited) Mining Lease 28/54. The Warden recommended that the objection by Kim James Harris to the above restoration application be upheld and the restoration application be refused. The Minister followed the Warden's recommendation and determined the matter on 5 January 2009.
(iii)
Plaint for Forfeiture
Plaint for Forfeiture by Nicole Raye Williams against Wildbeach Pty Ltd (Exploration Licences 59/974 to 59/977 and 70/2233 to 70/2236). The Warden recommended forfeiture and the Minister followed the Warden's recommendation and determined the matter on 4 December 2008.
