Police—Regional stations
285. Hon Rod Caddies to the minister representing
the Minister for Police:
I refer to regional
police stations.
(1) Can the minister advise how many police
stations in rural and regional Western Australia are closed on weekends?
(2) Given the critical role of these stations for
community safety, will the Western Australian Government commit to ensuring all
regional towns with a police station have a police officer present on weekends?
(3) If no to (2), why not?
