I refer to Landgate's 2017-18 Annual Report, and I ask: (a) how much revenue did Landgate receive from automated titling services for the 2017-18 financial year; (b) what was the total expenditure related to automated titling services for the 2017-18 financial year, broken down by the following categories: (i) employee benefits; (ii) supplies and services; (iii) other expenses; (iv) depreciation and amortisation; (v) finance costs; (vi) accommodation; and (vii) corporate overheads; (c) what was the total revenue of Advara for the 2017-18 financial year; (d) what was the total expenses for Advara for the 2017-18 financial year; (e) what was the profit/loss of Advara for the 2017-18 financial year; (f) what was the revenue received by Advara for projects outside of Western Australia for the 2017-18 financial year; and (g) what services did Langate receive a service appropriation for in the 2017-18 financial year?

(a–b) Landgate’s financial reporting requirements and systems do not separately disclose the breakdown of revenue into manual and automated titling services.
(c-e) Advara is not a statutory corporation. Advara Ltd. is a company incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) , operating commercially. Advara receives revenue and incurs expenditure for services delivered under commercial agreements with various customers. Landgate is a shareholder of Advara. The revenue, expenditure and profit/loss of Advara are not separately disclosed in Landgate’s financial statements.
(f) The difference between Landgate’s revenue and the revenue in the consolidated accounts is attributable to Advara’s revenue received for projects outside of Western Australia.
(g) Landgate’s appropriation is received to fund registration, valuation and access to government location information services, to and on behalf of Government.
