Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 1996
of which Notice was given on 24 November 2010, and ask -
(1) Which VET courses, if any, must an unlicensed person have successfully completed to be considered a ‘competent person’ for carrying out testing and tagging of electrical equipment under clauses 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7(a) of AS/NZS 3012:2010?
(2) Have any Registered Training Providers (RTPs) been accredited in Western Australia to deliver the courses referred to in (1)?
(3) If yes to (1) -
(a) which RTPs; and
(b) at which campuses?
(4) How many students have been deemed competent in each of the courses referred to in (1) in each of the following years -
(a) 2003;
(b) 2004;
(c) 2005;
(d) 2006;
(e) 2007;
(f) 2008;
(g) 2009;
(h) 2010; and
(i) 2011?
