I refer to the Minister’s reply to Question Without Notice No. 415 on 12 July 2014 where the Minister stated that “the state’s affordable housing strategy is about creating viable alternatives in the affordable housing market, and we do that to move people off the waiting list for social housing and into new houses”, and ask: (a) how many households have been moved from the joint public and community housing waitlist into an affordable housing unit (excluding housing in the public and community housing system for which joint wait list applicants are eligible) since 1 January 2010 in total, and by calendar year; and (b) how many households have been moved from the joint public and community housing waitlist into an affordable housing unit (excluding housing in the public and community housing system for which joint wait list applicants are eligible) since 1 January 2010 who, at the point of transition, satisfied the income and asset eligibility requirements to be on the list?
