Minister for Police:
I refer to the Busselton Police Station.
(1) Have the
detectives previously working at the Busselton Police Station been relocated to
work at the South West Police Complex in Bunbury?
(2) If yes to (1), when did this occur?
(3) If no to (1), is it the intention that the detectives be
relocated; and, if so, when?
(4) When the
Busselton Police Station becomes a 24/7 station, will the detective positions
be returned to the Busselton Police Station?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of this

period in 2011 when one detective went on long service leave and resigned,
leaving only one, and for efficiency he worked with Bunbury detectives.
(2) Not applicable.
(3) No. It is not the intention to relocate the Busselton
detectives.
(4) Not applicable.
