of disruption caused by works at nib Stadium.
(1) What form
did the payments take?
(2) Were the
payments in the form of ex gratia payments?
(3) Did the
compensation receive approval from the Department of Treasury; and, if so,
when?
(4) Did the
compensation receive approval from cabinet; and, if so, when?

Payments were made in respect of signage, corporate area loss, and displaced
members. No compensation was paid for reduced capacity.
(3) Treasury
was consulted on the matter during the course of the negotiations and via their
membership of the nib Stadium project steering committee.
(4) No.
Cabinet approval was not required.
