3) Commission websites are not individually funded for maintenance and support. All websites use the same infrastructure and content management system framework. The direct annual allocated budget as at 31 March, 2009 for all maintenance and support of Commission websites is $109, 000.
4) The Commission has not requrested any website funding increases.
Department of Transport
(1) The Department of Transport Website (re-badged from the former Department for Planning and Infrastructure site) is maintained by the Department of Planning under a Service Level Agreement until 30 June 2010.
(2) None from Department of Transport.
(3) A website is not a discrete facility. It provides a single 'window' for accessing content and transactions provided by a variety of systems and authors. The level of integration of a system with the website varies significantly and the boundary between what constitutes the website versus the system components is not easily resolved. Costs are therefore shared across a wide cross-section of the agency and are not assigned to categories clearly identified as 'website'.
(4) Not applicable.
