I refer to the "METRONET Station Precincts Gateway" document dated 09/11/2021, and I note that the document lists 25 station precincts on all lines except the Fremantle line, with page 4 indicating a potential dwelling yield of "35k new homes near stations", and I ask: (a) for each of the below station precincts for the Mandurah line, how many additional homes on top of the listed "current dwellings" have been delivered, since the publication of the document: (i) Karnup Neighbourhood Centre Station Precinct (listed as 100 current dwellings, with 250 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 1280 under the METRONET growth scenario); and (ii) Lakelands Neighbourhood Centre Station Precinct (listed as 1810 current dwellings, with 2170 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 2170 under the METRONET growth scenario)?
