I refer to the publication of Development Assessment Panel (DAP) minutes and agendas, and ask:
(a) has there been an occasion where an agenda for a DAP meeting has not been published on the DAP website within five days of the meeting, and if yes, how many times, and for what reason?

Response time

(a) Yes, 5 occasions. There have been a number of reasons for the agenda not being published on the DAP website within five days of the meeting:
· Presiding Members requiring further services from responsible authority in accordance with R13 of the
Development Assessment Panels Regulations 2011
;
· Further amendments to plans being required; and
· DAP and local government websites being inaccessible at certain times.
(b) Yes, 24 occasions. There have been a number of reasons for the minutes not being published on the DAP website within ten days of the meeting:
· Local government not always meeting timeframes in accordance with R44 (2) of the
Development Assessment Panels - Regulations 2011
and not providing a copy of the minutes to the DAP Secretariat within five days after the date of the meeting;
· DAPs governance review of minutes; and
· Presiding Member approval/signature is not always immediate due to conflicting workloads.
