(1) Nannup Mill: For the duration of the Financial Assistance Agreement, Nannup Timber Company is to employ no fewer than the number of full time equivalents employed to work at the Nannup Timber Mill and the facility, as at the date of settlement for the sale of the Nannup Timber Mill from SOTICO to Nannup Timber Company. Greenbushes Mill: Under the terms of the Financial Assistance Agreement, Blueleaf Corporation has covenanted to employ 53 full time equivalent persons by the end of the first year of the term and maintain at least that level of employment throughout the balance of the term. Current employment exceeds 80 persons. (2) Nannup Mill: Within 30 days of the end of the Financial year or as otherwise directed by the Minister for State Development from time to time, schedules, records and documents, which set out information in relation to Nannup Timber Company's performance of its obligations with respect to maintenance of employment. Greenbushes Mill: Blueleaf Corporation, is required, at its cost, to provide the State with an audited financial statement prepared by independent auditors, including details of compliance with the employment requirements within 4 months of the end of each financial year. (3) Nannup Mill: Funding was providing for training purposes. Greenbushes Mill: No. (4) Nannup Mill: Nannup Timber Company is reimbursed up to $5,000 for employees for skill development and training upon clarification that the skills development and training have taken place. Greenbushes Mill: Not applicable. (5) Nannup Mill: Nannup Timber Company is required to provide documentary evidence of the expenditure. Greenbushes Mill: Not applicable.
