(b) To inform key stakeholders of Office activities, Government decisions and other developments affecting the water industry. (c) The contractor selected for this item was Picton Press and the services provided were design, layout and print. Statistical and Performance Profile of Water Supply Services in 32 Major Western Australian Towns 1999/00 Report (a) Estimated cost $7,975 excluding GST. Final cost $7,650 excluding GST (b) The purpose of producing this item was; 1. To promote improvements in the performance of the WA water industry by publicly comparing key performance and statistical indicators for towns and water service providers across the State, (ie promote competition by comparison) and; 2. provide all water industry stakeholders (including service providers, professional organisations, industry bodies, government agencies and consumers) with an informed understanding of relative performance achievements and failures in water services. (c) The contractor used to produce this report was Picton Press and the services provided were design, layout and print. Customer Service Standards Review (a) Estimated cost $2,879 and final cost as estimated. (b) This report was produced for customer consultation on the standards in water service operating licences. (c) The contractor selected for this was Picton Press and the services provided were design, layout and print. (b) This brochure and flyer were produced to protect customer interests advising the public on the right of appeal relating to disputes with their water utility. THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND THE WATER AND RIVERS COMMISSION: (1) The list of publications for the Water and Rivers Commission and Swan River Trust produced since 19 February 2001 is contained in ATTACHMENT 1. The list of publications for the Department of Environmental Protection is contained in ATTACHMENT 2. (2) The time and resources required to generate a full answer to this question would be considerable. However, I can advise the total budget spent on publications printing for the this period a) Water and Rivers Commission $383,815 b) Swan River Trust $47,923 c) Department of Environmental Protection $87,601 These figures include some component of design and pre-press expenditure.
