I refer to the Higginsville Mine, operated by Higginsville Mining Pty Ltd, and ask -
(1) Has it been reported to the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP), that there are certain parts of the mill in such state of disrepair that, each time the inspectors from the DMP arrive, they shut that part of the mill down for fear of reprisals concerning dust and noise?
(2) If yes to (1), will the Minister direct the DMP to carry out an investigation into this matter?
(3) If no to (2), why not?
(4) Does the Minister or any employee of the DMP, support and encourage bullying, victimisation and intimidation of the employees of the company by anybody in management at the Higginsville mine?
(5) Can the Minister state how many improvement, provisional improvement and prohibition notices have been placed on the above mentioned mine in the last three years?
(6) If yes to (5), can the Minister quote the specific text as to why each was issued?
(7) If no to (5), why not?
