I refer to the death in custody of Mr Carl Woods on 11 April 2006. What changes, if any, have been made to policies and procedures to prevent injury to and the death of people in the custody of the Department of Corrective Services since Mr Woods’ death? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
